Washable Contamination Control Mats: an additional Barrier against Contamination

Washable decontamination mats provide an effective preventive solution for contamination control in data centers by helping to reduce the introduction of particulate matter carried by shoes and wheels before it can spread into critical areas.

Thanks to their specially formulated material, the mats feature antibacterial properties tested according to ISO 22196:2011 through the use of silver ion technology integrated into the PVC matrix. They also provide long-lasting antistatic performance through dedicated additives designed to maintain surface conductivity over time.

According to EN 1081 standards, the material exhibits a surface resistivity below 1000 MΩ, with typical values ranging from 250 MΩ to 450 MΩ, and a through conductivity typically ranging from 45 MΩ to 90 MΩ, classifying the product as antistatic.

Our mats are also:

- fully compatible with raised access flooring systems;

- reaction to fire: \(D_{fl}\)-s2 according to PN-EN 13501-1 (tested under PN-EN ISO 9239-1);

- suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -15 °C to +100 °C (short-term exposure).
