CBS Medical S.r.l. has adopted a quality policy as a tool and strategy to pursue its improvement objectives, aimed at increasing the satisfaction of its stakeholders.
The Management is committed to guaranteeing the market the highest quality in processing and maximum flexibility in deliveries, through a cutting-edge organization of processes carried out by responsible and motivated operators, working according to the operational practices through which the company aims to stand out—while also complying with ISO 9001:2015 standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Recognizing the corporate management system as a strategically significant element, MANAGEMENT:

Assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality management system;

Ensures that the quality policy and objectives are established and that they are compatible with the organization's context and strategic direction;

Ensures the integration of quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes;

Promotes the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;

Ensures the availability of the resources necessary for the quality management system;

Communicates the importance of an effective quality management system and of compliance with its requirements;

Ensures that the quality management system achieves its intended results;

Actively involves, guides, and supports people to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system;

Promotes continuous improvement;

Provides support to other relevant management roles to demonstrate leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
The Management verifies, promotes, and disseminates the results of every improvement activity aligned with company objectives and reference standards, involving the entire organization through objective tools for analysis, measurement, and procedures.
Employee satisfaction depends on achieving the objectives that define the improvement path. Active and collaborative involvement of resources is therefore vital to the company's operations and the harmony of the actions undertaken.
