The company hellomat.eu, with registered office in Via dell'Industria, 50 - 36035 Marano Vicentino (VI) registered at the Vicenza Commercial Register, n. REA VI-184381, C.F./ P.IVA 01771320247 is the controller of the processing of Personal Data concerning you according to the modalities described in this document. The processing related to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned location and are handled only by personnel in charge of the processing, or by any persons responsible for occasional maintenance operations and secretarial services. What data do we collect and when?

When you use our Site we may collect the following Data about you:

How long do we keep your data

Subject to the specific provisions for the fight against fraud, presented in article 8 of this Privacy Policy, your Personal Data is kept in our active database for a maximum of 5 years from your last activity, or from:

  • your latest purchase;

  • your last visit to our Site, provided that you have logged into your account and visited our pages;

  • your last contact with our support service;

  • the opening of a hyperlink in a newsletter or other commercial email we send you (if you have consented).

 

A few weeks before that deadline, we may contact you to ask if you would like to keep your account.

  • we will respond to you within one (1) month of receiving your request from our services. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)

Article 8.

Payment security and confidentialit

We attach great importance to the fact that your purchases are made in the best safety conditions. Therefore, transactions are confidential, encrypted and protected thanks to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. When you pay the order by credit card or with your PayPal account or through the Nexi XPay portal, the transaction takes place between you and PayPal, an international service recognized for its reliability in Internet transactions, or between you and Nexi XPay, Payment institution authorised by the Bank of Italy as an intermediary for online loans.We ensure that various mechanisms are put in place to combat fraud:

For each order you will need to complete the appropriate fields during the purchase of your order. However, and only with your consent, authorization to proceed with prompt payment may be filed by PayPal and Soisy for use in future payments on the Site. You can request the cancellation of PayPal’s express payment authorisation at any time by going to the PayPal website and removing your consent in the authorisation section.
