Clear Warranty Terms, even when you install
HelloMat® products come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with the official product warranty terms.
The warranty is not automatically reduced when installation is carried out by the distributor or the end customer, provided that the product is installed and used according to our technical instructions.

A digital identity for every registered mat

With HelloMat ID, each registered mat can be linked to a dedicated digital page through a unique QR code.
Customers can access information about their installation and find relevant care and maintenance guidance, even after delivery.
The digital page can be updated over time while keeping the same QR code.
The distributor remains the main point of contact
HelloMat ID is designed to make your service more visible and accessible.
Customers can find your contact details whenever they need assistance, maintenance support or information about new requirements.

ANNUAL REPORT
HelloMat Annual System Condition Report
A trained HelloMat distributor can arrange periodic inspections and provide customers with a professional report on the condition of their installed contamination control system.
A link to HelloMat ID
When available, the report can be linked to the corresponding HelloMat ID record, creating an accessible history of the installation.
